I am a big gal with sore knees. This cycle is a great way to get me exercising when I am not motivated to do so. When I am tired of peddling at my pace, the cycle keeps moving my legs while I basically rest. I have limp noodle legs when finished using it so I feel like I've had a workout.

I keep my bike under my desk and while I'm working, I peddle! At times I dom't even realize I am pedaling. My legs are becoming much stronger! It has helped my leg neuropathy and my fibromyalgia as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This cycle is great. It's not as bulky as a traditional bike. It is a space saver and stores easily. Also, it is lightweight. I recommend anyone who spends a lot of time on the computer or watching tv to purchase this and workout while they do so.
