This does indeed work and yes you w/ sweat. However if your at least 6 ft. tall like me,it\'s very hard to fit inside and the chair is too small. I would give it 5 stars if they made a larger more comfortable one.

I love this product I used to suffer with adult acne problems and not any longer,I love to get into the sauna when my bones are aching it is a great portable device for those with limited space.

I have had this sauna for 1 month now,and I love it. You sweat big time in it. In one of these rating/reviews,someone inplied that they were too short. That is easy. Just change your chair to a higher one,or a shorter one,if you are real tall. There are many ways to improvise. The product is great and well worth buying. I have been doing a lot of research on the infrared,and I am reading only positives and wonderful things. I am searching for negatives,but can't find any. So go for it!!!

It cannot replace a walk-in FIR sauna but if you are limited in space this is great. You do sweat. You do feel good. You may have to improvise...like I could not put the top bar in to hold it apart because I am too short...but it worked without the bar. You may also have to keep the area around the sauna on the warm side...if there is a cold draft in the area you may not sweat.
