"I have used the ePen for a few years now, and find that, over time, virtually all the menopausal hairs on my chin have disappeared - I'm still working on growth in more remote areas, most of which is younger than my ePen. It takes about 20 minutes once a week, which I value as a time to relax. Not only is the ePen far more exonomical than repeated visits to salons for electrolysis, and always available wherever I travel, but I value the privacy of treating signs of aging away from the glance of others."

"You have to keep the hair short for this product to wrk. There are a lot of hair follicles per square cm, obviously not all producing hair at the same time so re-growth is inevitable, so perseverance is needed! Not only does the instruction book tell you this but so will your hair stylist or beauty therapist. There is a tingling sensation when you use ePen and I have noticed the hair that has re-growth isn't as strong as it would have been previously. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone."

"I have read some negative reviews of this product but I think those people never experienced a real electrolysis treatment. My experience was great!! The hairs slipped out relatively easily on my first treatment, so I know it worked and it was easier, less time consuming and less painful than any other treatment I have tried. I am expecting great results in a few months. So glad I bought this unit!"

"I relied on monthly electrolysis sessions for years. I had really gotten used to the pain, it wasn't so bad, but it was expensive. I was suspicious though because the woman who did it would always say we'd need more sessions to truly stop my hair growth. After a few years I started asking my friends and a few mentioned home machines. I searched on-line and read reviews and finally decided to try epen. Although it takes getting used to, the product does work. My hair growth seems to be the same as when I was doing the electrolysis. I would recommended this product to anyone who wants to save money on electrolysis!"
