I Have Bought This About 3 Times I Think So I Believe It Does Help But Not Drastically. The Key To Seeing The Improvement Is Being Consistent With He Product. I Often Use It During The Day And The Most Recent One I Bought, I REALLY Like Because They Made Wrap Longer So It Coversmy Entire Abdomen Thus, In My Opinion Giving Me Better Results...Will Buy Again.
