What are the health advantages of the 48/7 Cleanse?

How long should a person stay on the 48/7 Cleanse?

Once cleansed, it's a great idea to maintain a healthy system by using detoxifying body wraps. Is fasting necessary during the period when one is on 48/7 Cleanse?
Fasting isn't necessary to detox cleanse and it should actually be avoided, especially if one suffers from hypoglycemia. In fact, you can add extra food when you feel too hungry.
